A family where God guides our footsteps

Our Aims

1.   To be a compassionate and secure family community, where we live out the values at the heart of the Christian faith.

2.  To provide a safe, stimulating and vibrant learning environment that enables each child to achieve his/her potential, and a broad and balanced curriculum that inspires a love of learning.

3.  To foster in children the skills and qualities that will enable them to be confident, independent and self-motivated individuals, preparing them for their future at home, work and leisure.

4.  To be a community that includes, respects and cares for everyone; where diversity is celebrated and all members are valued.

5.  To be a community that celebrates the contributions and achievements of all.

6. To develop effective relationships between staff, pupils, parents, the church and the wider community to promote the development of all our pupils.

Welcome to St Anne's Church of England Primary School

We are proud to be a Church of England Primary School.

A family where God guides our footsteps

Woodplumpton St Anne's is a wonderful place to be and I would like to thank you for visiting our website and finding out more about our very special community.

We aim to provide an education that develops all children to their full potential. We seek to ignite curiosity and a life-long enthusiasm for learning within a safe, happy and creative environment. Our Christian ethos and values underpin all we aim to do and we encourage our children to respect one another and be kind.

We have high expectations at Woodplumpton St Anne's and support every child to try their best in all they do. The children come to school keen to learn and willing to work hard and, as a result, make good progress and achieve well across the full range of subjects. We nurture children's individual talents through providing a diverse curriculum and by offering a wide range of experiences - please look at our class pages to find out more. We are very proud of our children and their achievements.

If you would like to arrange a visit to our school or would like further information, please do not hesitate to ring the school and ask to speak to Mrs Patterson or Mrs Campbell. We will be more than happy to help.
