Intent
When children leave our school, we want them to be able to go on to their chosen High School with certain characteristics. We want them to be kind, understanding, patient and caring and always ready to learn. In order to achieve this, our school will deliver a curriculum which ensures that children are given opportunities to:
1. Develop the knowledge and skills to reach our school's end points at each phase of their learning
2. Develop knowledge about - and respect for - people who are different to themselves
3. Take responsibility for themselves and (where appropriate) their own learning
4. Communicate well in different ways
5. To work well with others
6. Solve problems
7. Understand the world around them and their impact upon it
